SoLo on Main is the culmination of Port Stanley’s own chef  Lauren "Lo" Vandixhoorn’s dedication to hard work and passion for the art of cooking. Born and raised in the "782" in a home that revolved around the love of cooking, Lauren knows that every element of a dish should be created from scratch for a truly flavourful experience. That is why we are committed to using only the freshest local foods to compose a menu with all house-made ingredients.
